Spencer House is London’s most magnificent
eighteenth-century aristocratic palace
Built between 1756-1766 for John, first Earl Spencer, an ancestor of Diana, Princess of Wales (1961-1997) it is London’s finest surviving eighteenth-century town house.
House and Garden Tours Summer 2022
From May 29th to July 31st all tours will offer combined access to the house and garden. Following an hour-long tour of the house, your guide will take you onto the terrace and talk about the historical context of the garden and our recent improvements to the space and outdoor lights. You will then be free to walk around the grounds at your leisure.
